THE GOLDEN SOIRÉE: NIGHT OF ELEGANCE

TWELFTH COLLEGE SESSION 2025/2026

SERDANG, JUNE 21st – The Golden Soirée: Night of Elegance was a program organized by the College Representative Council, Twelfth College session 2025/2026 in collaboration with the Management of Twelfth College. This event aims to bring together the college community comprising the management and students of Twelfth College, UPM in an atmosphere that is both formal and cordial. Furthermore, the event serves to recognize students for their contributions and service to the college, thereby fostering a spirit that encourages them to continue contributing in the future.

The event began at 7.00 p.m. with participant registration, followed by the ceremonial entry of the guests of honor at 8.00 p.m. The proceedings continued with speeches by the event director and the Chairman of the Council of College Principals. The event was officially inaugurated by the Council Chairman, Prof. Dr. Mohamad Aris Mohd Moklas and the Principal of Twelfth College, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Suriawati Isa.

The event proceeded with dinner for all guests at 8.30 p.m., accompanied by musical performances from Senada Putra representatives, Nizammuddin and Eiman Daniel. At 9.00 p.m., a lucky draw featuring 50 prizes took place, alongside the presentation of awards to selected students including the Principal's Special Award, Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year, Academic Star, Arts and Culture Excellence Award, and the Principal's Gold Award. The event concluded with the ceremonial departure of the guests of honor, followed by a catwalk show for the candidates vying for the event's King and Queen titles.
