MIND MATTERS: STUDENT EDITION
TWELFTH COLLEGE SESSION 2025/2026
SERDANG, DECEMBER 4th – Mind Matters: Student Edition is a program organized by the Secretariat of Housing and Welfare, College Representative Council, Twelfth College Session 2025/2026, in collaboration with the Management of Twelfth College. The program aims to raise awareness and understanding among the college residents of Twelfth College regarding the importance of mental health, particularly in managing stress on campus. The talk was delivered by Puan Wan Azurani Wan Ahmad, UPM Counsellor, titled “Between Stress and Strive: How to Manage Stress on Campus?”. Through this program, the participants learned practical strategies for stress management, developed resilience and maintained mental well-being throughout their academic life.
The program was attended by 130 participants online via Google Meet. It began at 8:00 p.m. with the arrival of the fellows and participants, followed by the program opening. After the talk, the Art of Mind (e-poster) winners were announced as one of the main activities of the program. The program concluded at 10:30 p.m. with a QR code session for merit submission.
Mind Matters: Student Edition provided meaningful experiences and exposure to the participants in understanding and managing stress, while promoting active engagement in activities that support mental well-being.
