SERDANG, FEBRUARY 16 – The Let's Talk About Aedes program is a program organized by the Block Secretariat, Welfare, and Security, College Representative Council, College Twelve for the 2021/2022 session with the cooperation of College Twelve. This program aims to improve students' knowledge about the Aedes mosquito which is an endemic disease in Malaysia. Not only that, the problem of the Aedes mosquito case is also something that is not unfamiliar around Kolej Dubelas. The initiative of this program is to increase students' awareness about Aedes mosquitoes and together eliminate the breeding grounds of Aedes mosquitoes. In fact, the program aims to foster a sense of responsibility in students to keep their surroundings and homes clean.

The main content of this program consists of the introduction of the Aedes mosquito, diseases related to dengue, and the symptoms and control of dengue disease delivered by the guest speaker, Professor Dr. Hidayatulfathi Othman.

The program started at 8:00 pm accompanied by Saudari Nor Aishah Saari as the moderator who opened the ceremony and invited attendees to speak for the Let's Talk About Aedes program. The program continued with a prayer recitation then continued with the introduction of the guest speaker's biodata. The program continues with the main fillings that have been discussed between the organizers and guest speakers to ensure that the purpose of the program is achieved. After the sharing of the contents of the program was delivered, a question and answer session was opened to students who have questions about Aedes mosquitoes and dengue fever. The Let's Talk About Aedes program was attended by a total of 348 students from Universiti Putra Malaysia through a live broadcast on Youtube TwelveTV!. Many positive responses and comments were given by the audience who were satisfied with the smoothness of the program. Finally, the program ends with the closing words of the moderator, a QR code scanning session for filling in the merits of the students present and the program disperses.
