Secretariat of Information Technology and Publications is made up of two MPK members. The Secretariat is responsible for all posts on the college’s social media for the notification of all college and university students of Universiti Putra Malaysia.

This secretariat is responsible for design and implement ICT programs at college or university level, regulate and update College 12 website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and provide information to students in colleges, other colleges and universities about activities that was organised or participated by 12^th
