SERDANG, 2 September – Universiti Putra Malaysia will hold the Service Quality and Innovation Day Celebration (HKIP) on 06 December 2022. As in previous years, the Workplace Environment Quality Award is one of the awards that will be contested in conjunction with the HKIP Celebration this year.

Accordingly, all PTJs who wish to participate in the Workplace Environment Quality Award in conjunction with HKIP 2022 must go through the EKSA PTJ Self-Assessment from 3 August 2022 to 14 September 2022.

The assessment was carried out on 2 September 2022 at Kolej Dua Belas, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The assessment must be carried out by PTJ's External Assessor as stipulated by the Quality Assurance Center. Twelve College has received the visit of two (2) panels of EKSA auditors namely Ms. Siti Noor Aisyah Binti Nazaruddin, Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication and Mrs. Fadhilah Binti Ishak, International Center (i-PUTRA).

The staff of Kolej Dua Belas are very committed to teamwork to create a conducive work environment and further improve the quality of the service delivery system while highlighting the corporate image at PTJ. Congratulations to all the staff of Kolej Dubelas who have given their cooperation and commitment in ensuring that the location is ready to be audited this time. Hopefully the auditor's remarks and findings this time will be able to inject new ideas to continue to serve more brilliantly at the College of Twelve in general.

The results of the competition and the winner of the Workplace Environment Quality Award will be announced during the UPM Quality and Service Day Celebration (HKIP) on 6 December 2022.
