SERDANG, 3 November - The College Representative Council, College Twelve Session 2022/2023 Program for the Presentation of Certificates of Appointment is a program organized by the Protocol and Technical Secretariat, College Representative Council, College Twelve Session 2022/2023 with the cooperation of College Twelve. This program aims to give recognition and officially appoint members of the College Representative Council, College Twelve for the 2022/2023 session. In addition, this event is a platform to introduce members of the College Representative Council, Kolej Dua Belas to the students of Kolej Dua Belas, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This event is also organized to give appreciation to the members of the College Representative Council, College of Twelve for the 2021/2022 session who have contributed their services to College of Twelve.

The Principal and President of Twelve College for the 2022/2023 session cut the cake to symbolize the inauguration of the ceremony.

The main content of this program consists of the participation of Twelve College students via a live broadcast on YouTube TwelveTV!, the opening speech from the Principal of Twelve College, Prof. Associate Dr. Mohamad Aris Mohd Moklas, the symbolic event of handing over the appointment certificate by the Principal of Twelve College together with the President of the College Representative Council, College Twelve for the 2022/2023 session, Muhammad Fakhrur Razi Mastarin through a cake cutting event and the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to the representative of the College Representative Council, College Two Twelve session 2021/2022, Pavetheran A/L Nagarajan and pledge reading by members of the College Representative Council, Twelve College session 2022/2023 led by the President of the College Representative Council, Twelve College session 2022/2023.

The program begins at 8:30 pm with the arrival of a line of honored guests consisting of the Principal of Twelve College, Chief Administrative Officer of Twelve College, Fellow of Twelve College, Deputy President of the College Representative Council, Twelve College for the 2021/2022 session as well as the President of the Council College Representative, Twelve College session 2022/2023. The ceremony continued with the singing of the song Negaraku and the song Putra Gemilang as well as the reading of a prayer by brother Azmi Ahmad Tajri. Next, the ceremony continued with the opening speech from the Principal of College Twelve, the handing over of the appointment letter to the President of the College Representative Council, College Twelve session 2022/2023 and the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to the representative of the College Representative Council, College Twelve session 2021/2022. The program continued with the official video showing of the College Representative Council, Kolej Dua Belas and the reading of pledges by members of the College Representative Council, Kolej Dua Belas followed by the singing of the Kolej Dua Belas song. Finally, the program ended with a participant registration session by scanning a QR code displayed live on TwelveTV's YouTube!, a photo session and a dinner by the guests who attended.
