SERDANG, August 29 - Kem Pemantapan Organisasi for College Representative Council Session 2019/2020 was held from 22 to 28 August 2019 and was attended by 42 College Representative Councils. Through this program, the elements of soft skills are introduced to students such as teamwork, leadership skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills. At the same time, this camp became a medium for strengthening the bond between students and the management of the Twelfth College.

Ice-breaking sessions and brainstorming sessions for paper management, correspondence, meeting minutes by Mr Awangku Muhammad Aisamuddin.

Included the sessions held by the Event Management and Protocol and Self image and Appearance and Ethics session by Mr Raja Muhammad Muzamir. Meanwhile, there are practical mock events for MPK as well.

The next slot was held in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan with themed 1 Beach 1 Nation and the activities included was recreation, games, and beach cleaning such as collecting garbage around the beach.

The management invited PICOMS International University College for the First Aid Basic Course slot. The objective of this course is to provide basic exposure to all MPKs to have a better understanding view and learn the basics of first aid in saving lives. With the basic of emergency technique and knowledge also able to help prevent the victim's condition from worsening before the victim getting treatment.

There is also a Social Media Visibility Slot by Mrs Siti Fariza Mohamad Isa, Assistant Director of Communication & Corporate Relations Unit, Higher Education Department, KPM.

The average KPO participants joined for the 7 days and 6 nights gave a 5 (highest) score for all planned programs and said they had acquired new knowledge and insight that was not taught directly in the academic classes.

We hope that this camp gives a boost to the Student Representative Council (MPK) of the Twelfth College, Session 2019/2020 to enhance their potential and continue to contribute their best service to Universiti Putra Malaysia. It is hoped that through this camp the main objective can be achieved.
